Dr. Torres is co-director of the Maryland Pain and Spine Center. He is board-certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Management. He was an Anesthesiology resident and chief resident at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, where he was fellowship trained in pain management.

Dr. Torres joined the practice in 2006, after working as faculty at the University of Maryland for 4 years. His addition and contribution has helped to grow the practice to its present popularity.

Dr. Torres’ patients comments about the practice have included “possibly one of the last existing medical practices NOT involved in ‘assembly line’ medicine” and “a true gentleman who takes pride in his practice.” Dr. Torres’ knowledge of his specialty makes him an expert in pain management and pain interventions.
